Big Maps, Sharper Text & Fixes

Longer grass draw distance, sharp menu and HUD text, support for much bigger maps and more AI, Mumble overlay fixes, a LAN lobby fix and several gameplay fixes. Client hook version 0.1.29.

Ground grass is now drawn up to 128 m away instead of 42 m, with the same density.
Menu, HUD and Armory text is now sharp at any resolution instead of being stretched from 800×600.
You keep the weapon you had selected when you leave a vehicle seat, instead of getting your spawn weapon back.
A door that was opened before you joined now shows as open.
Lights switched by the mission now look the same for all players, including late joiners and after a mission restart.
